Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Who this agreement is with
These Terms govern your use of Projectable Recruit™ ("the Service"), operated by Projectable Recruit LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service is
Projectable Recruit™ is a recruiting-intelligence platform for families of student-athletes and the recruiting advisors who serve them. It organizes recruiting activity, calculates rules-based scores from data you and your household provide, and generates AI-written summaries that explain — but never replace — that underlying data. The Service does not contact coaches, schools, or any third party on your behalf, and does not provide NIL, legal, or financial advice.
3. Accounts and family members
An account is created and owned by a parent/guardian ("Account Owner"). The Account Owner may invite additional members — including the student-athlete — to access the account under permissions the Account Owner controls. The Account Owner is responsible for all activity under the account, including activity by invited members, and for ensuring any invited minor's use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Advisor accounts. A recruiting advisor may be granted access to a family's account by the Account Owner. Advisor access is limited to accounts where an active advisor relationship exists. When an advisor relationship is terminated by either party, the advisor's access to the family's account is revoked immediately. Content created by an advisor within the Service (such as private strategy notes) remains the advisor's own work product and is not transferred to the family upon termination.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms. We may change prices with notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misrepresent athletic or academic data, use the Service to harass or misrepresent any coach, school, or third party, attempt to access another family's account or data, or reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
6. Data is yours; AI narrates, it doesn't decide
All recruiting data you enter remains yours. Scores and recommendations are generated by a deterministic rules engine; AI-generated text narrates that output and is explicitly constrained not to invent facts not present in your data. You're responsible for verifying any information before acting on it in real recruiting decisions.
7. Features subject to change
We continue to build and refine the Service. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the product evolves.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee recruiting outcomes, scholarship offers, or coach responses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projectable Recruit LLC's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time through account settings or the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these Terms
We'll post updates here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
